Herbaceous, grassy and assertive, Leccino olives are always associated with the Tuscan region of Italy. A sweet olive oil that can combine a wonderful balance and complexity when picked and pressed at the right time, as ours is. Nice green nose, almonds and some fruitiness with a bold clean finish and smooth aftertaste.
