About Violet Balsamic
Our Violet Balsamic Vinegar has a wonderful flowery scent and sweet, subtle taste. Like all our dark balsamics, its base is our 18-Year Traditional Balsamic, making it rich and smooth.
Suggested Uses
Great addition to salads, or sprinkle over grilled vegies, or drizzle on desserts such as cheesecake, custards and ice cream (see recipe section for balsamic reductions). Use it also to flavor white meats and poultry.
Pair With
Sweet Meyer Lemon or Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil for fantastic flavor combinations.
